Almond Butter Fat Bombs

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Almond Butter
- 1/4 cup, melted Organic Virgin Coconut Oil
- 2 tablespoons Cocoa powder
- 2 tablespoons Erythritol or monk fruit sweetener
- 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla extract
- Pinch Sea salt
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine almond butter, melted coconut oil, cocoa powder, sweetener, vanilla extract, and a pinch of sea salt.
- Mix well until smooth and fully combined.
- Spoon the mixture into silicone molds (small muffin tins or ice cube trays work well) or onto parchment paper.
- Freeze for at least 30 minutes, or until firm.
- Store in the freezer in an airtight container and enjoy straight from the freezer as a quick, satisfying snack.
