Italian Inspired Chicken and Grapes
Sautéed chicken with grapes, balsamic glaze, and rosemary, served over artisan bread.
Ingredients
- 2 medium Chicken Breast
- 1 cup Autumn Crisp Grapes
- 4 slices Artisan Bread
- 2 tbsp Balsamic Glaze
- 1 tsp chopped Rosemary
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
- to taste Salt
- to taste Pepper
- 1 clove minced Garlic
Instructions
- Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and rosemary.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant.
- Sear chicken until golden brown on both sides and cooked through (internal temperature of 165°F/74°C).
- Add grapes to the skillet and sauté for 3 minutes, allowing them to soften slightly and release their juices.
- Drizzle balsamic glaze over the chicken and grapes, ensuring everything is coated.
- Serve hot over slices of toasted artisan bread, allowing the bread to soak up the flavorful juices.
