Potato and Spinach Curry Wrap
Potato and spinach curry served in tortilla wrap.
Ingredients
- 1/2 bunch Spinach
- 2 medium Potatoes
- 2 Tortillas
- 1/2 package Seasonings
- 1/2 diced Onion
Instructions
- Cut potatoes into small pieces and microwave for 5 minutes.
- Add potatoes to pot with water and boil until soft.
- Saute spinach and onion until wilted.
- Strain potatoes and add to pan with spinach and onion.
- Add Seasonings and cook until heated through.
- Serve potato and spinach curry inside tortilla wrap.
- Serve immediately.
