Canadian Bacon and Egg Sandwich
A classic high-protein breakfast sandwich with Canadian bacon and egg.
Ingredients
- 2 slices (60g) Canadian Bacon
- 2 Large White Eggs
- 2 slices Bread
- 1 tbsp Butter
- to taste Salt
- to taste Black Pepper
Instructions
- Toast the bread slices.
- Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat.
- Fry or scramble the eggs and season with salt and pepper.
- Cook the Canadian bacon in the same skillet until heated through.
- Assemble the sandwich by placing the Canadian bacon and eggs between the toasted bread slices.
- Serve hot.
