Spicy Korean Tofu Scramble
A high-protein tofu scramble with Korean flavors, perfect for a quick and flavorful meal.
Ingredients
- 1/2 block (150g) Extra Firm Tofu
- 1 tbsp Low Sodium Soy Sauce
- 1 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
- 1 tsp Gochujang (Korean Chili Paste)
- 2, thinly sliced Green Onions
- 1/2 tsp Sesame Oil
- 1/2 tsp Toasted Sesame Seeds
- to taste Salt
- to taste Black Pepper
Instructions
- Press the tofu to remove excess water, then crumble it into small pieces.
- Heat sesame oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add ginger garlic paste and cook for 30 seconds.
- Add the crumbled tofu, low sodium soy sauce, and gochujang.
- Stir-fry for 8-10 minutes, until tofu is heated through and slightly browned.
- Garnish with sliced green onions and toasted sesame seeds. Serve hot.
