Spinach and Paneer Lettuce Wraps

  1. Heat oil in a pan or wok over medium heat. Add cumin seeds and let them sizzle for a few seconds.
  2. Add finely chopped onion and sauté until translucent and lightly golden, about 2-3 minutes.
  3. Add ginger-garlic paste and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  4. Add paneer cubes and sauté until lightly browned on all sides. Be gentle to avoid breaking the paneer.
  5. Add spinach, garam masala, turmeric powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well to combine.
  6. Cook until spinach is wilted, about 3-5 minutes. Stir occasionally.
  7. Stir in lemon juice and chaat masala (if using) for extra tang and flavor.
  8. Serve the mixture hot in romaine lettuce leaves as wraps.
  9. Optional: Garnish with a sprinkle of chaat masala and a drizzle of yogurt.
