Ingredients
- 4 Potato Patties
- 4 Tortillas
- 1/2 cup Yogurt
- 2 tbsp Schezwan Chutney
- 2 tbsp Cilantro
- 2 tbsp Tamarind Chutney
Instructions
- Cook potato patties according to package directions. If pan-frying, ensure they are golden brown and crispy for enhanced texture.
- Warm tortillas in a dry pan or microwave until pliable.
- Spread yogurt and tamarind chutney on tortillas.
- Add a layer of schezwan chutney
- Place two potato patties in each tortilla.
- Garnish with cilantro and serve immediately.
