Ingredients

- 1 (15-ounce) can, drained and rinsed Black Beans (canned, low sodium)
- 2, diced Avocado
- 1 cup Low Sodium Salsa
- 1/4 cup, chopped Fresh Cilantro
- 1 tablespoon Lime Juice
- 1 cup Optional: Cooked Quinoa or Brown Rice
- 1/2 teaspoon Chili Powder
- 1/4 teaspoon Cumin
Instructions
