  1. In a small bowl, mix plain yogurt with chopped cilantro, a pinch of salt, and amchur (dried mango powder) for added tanginess. Set aside.
  2. Melt ghee or butter in a pan over medium heat. Add minced garlic and chopped bell peppers; sauté for 1-2 minutes until slightly softened.
  3. Add turmeric, chili powder, cumin, and garam masala to the pan. Cook for 30 seconds, stirring constantly, until fragrant.
  4. Spread the spice mixture evenly on bread slices. Toast them in the same pan, spice-side down, until golden brown and crispy. This helps the spices adhere and intensifies their flavor.
  5. Serve the masala toast hot with a generous dollop of spiced yogurt. Optionally, sprinkle a pinch of chaat masala on top for extra zing.
