Ingredients
- 200 g Smoked Salmon, thinly sliced
- 2 Ripe Avocado
- 8 large leaves Large Lettuce Leaves (e.g., butter lettuce, romaine)
- 1 tbsp Fresh Lemon Juice
- 1/4 tsp Freshly Ground Black Pepper
- 1 tbsp Fresh Dill, chopped (optional)
- pinch Red Pepper Flakes (optional, for a touch of heat)
Instructions
- Thoroughly wash and dry lettuce leaves. Ensure they are crisp and free from excess moisture.
- Gently peel and thinly slice the avocado into even strips.
- Evenly distribute the thinly sliced smoked salmon among the lettuce leaves.
- Top with avocado slices, arranging them attractively.
- Squeeze fresh lemon juice over each wrap. This brightens the flavors and prevents the avocado from browning.
- Sprinkle with freshly ground black pepper and chopped fresh dill (if using).
- For an optional touch of heat, add a small pinch of red pepper flakes.
