  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Toss brussels sprouts with olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Season pork tenderloin with salt and pepper.
  4. Roast brussels sprouts for 20 minutes.
  5. Add pork tenderloin to the baking sheet with brussels sprouts and roast for another 15-20 minutes, or until pork reaches an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
  6. Let rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
