Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Press tofu to remove excess water. Cut into cubes. For extra crispy tofu, toss the tofu cubes lightly in cornstarch before frying.
  2. In a large pan or wok, heat sesame oil over medium-high heat.
  3. Add tofu and stir-fry until golden brown and crispy. Remove tofu and set aside.
  4. Add garlic, ginger, broccoli, carrot, and bell pepper. Stir-fry for 5 minutes, until vegetables are tender-crisp.
  5. In a small bowl, whisk together gochujang and soy sauce. Add 1 tablespoon of water to loosen the sauce.
  6. Pour sauce over the vegetables and stir well to combine. Cook until the sauce thickens slightly.
  7. Return tofu to the pan and toss to coat in the sauce.
  8. Serve over cooked rice. Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.
