Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Heat extra virgin olive oil in a pot.
  2. Sauté Garlic until fragrant.
  3. Add Diced Tomatoes, Turmeric Powder, and Cumin Powder, and cook for 10 minutes.
  4. Add Basmati Rice and 2 cups of water. Cook until water is absorbed.
  5. Season with salt and Black Pepper.
  6. Serve hot with Low Fat Yogurt.
