Pasta Primavera with Lemon-Garlic Shrimp

- Cook linguine pasta according to package directions until al dente. Reserve 1/2 cup of pasta water before draining.
- While pasta is cooking, peel and devein shrimp. Season shrimp with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
- Add shrimp to the skillet. Cook for 2-3 minutes per side, or until pink and cooked through.
- Add asparagus, green peppers, and celery to the skillet and cook until tender-crisp, about 5 minutes.
- Stir in lemon juice, dried oregano, and green onions. Cook for 1 minute.
- Add cooked pasta and reserved pasta water to the skillet. Toss to combine.
- Serve immediately.
