  1. Preheat grill or oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Season chicken breast with garlic powder and black pepper.
  3. Grill or bake chicken breast until cooked through (internal temperature of 165°F or 74°C). Let cool slightly and dice.
  4. Wash and chop romaine lettuce.
  5. Dice avocado.
  6. In a bowl, combine chicken, romaine, avocado, Caesar dressing, freshly grated parmesan cheese, and lemon juice. Mix gently.
  7. Spoon the mixture into large butter lettuce leaves and wrap. Serve immediately or chill for later.
