Keto Sausage and Egg Scramble
Ingredients
- 6 slices Bacon
- 6 large Eggs
- 1/2 cup Shredded Cheese
- 1 cup Spinach
- 1 tbsp Avocado Oil
- to taste Salt
- to taste Black Pepper
- 1/4 tsp Garlic Powder
- Pinch (optional) Red Pepper Flakes
Instructions
- Dice bacon and cook in a skillet over medium heat until crispy. Remove bacon and set aside, reserving 1 tablespoon of bacon fat. Discard any remaining bacon fat.
- Add avocado oil and spinach to the skillet and cook until wilted, about 2 minutes.
- Whisk eggs with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and red pepper flakes (if using).
- Pour eggs into the skillet with spinach.
- Scramble eggs until they are almost set but still slightly moist.
- Stir in bacon and shredded cheese, allowing cheese to melt slightly.
- Serve immediately.
