Ground Beef & Broccoli Rice Bowl with Soy-Free Sauce

Ingredients
- 0.5 lb Ground Beef
- 2 cups Broccoli florets
- 2 cups Cooked Rice
- 2 tbsp Coconut Aminos
- 1 tsp Sesame Oil
- 2 cloves minced Garlic
- 1 tsp grated Ginger
- 1 tsp Rice Vinegar
- Pinch (optional) Red Pepper Flakes
Instructions
- Cook rice according to package instructions.
- In a large skillet or wok, brown the ground beef over medium-high heat. Drain any excess fat.
- Add the broccoli florets, garlic, and ginger to the skillet. Stir-fry until the broccoli is tender-crisp, about 5 minutes.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the coconut aminos, sesame oil, and rice vinegar. Add red pepper flakes if desired.
- Pour the sauce over the beef and broccoli mixture and cook for another 2-3 minutes, stirring constantly, until the sauce thickens slightly.
- Serve the ground beef and broccoli over cooked rice.
- Garnish with sesame seeds (optional).
