  2. Spread hummus evenly over the wrap, leaving a 1/2-inch border.
  3. Arrange cucumber, red bell pepper, baby spinach, and tomato slices evenly over the hummus.
  4. Sprinkle with fresh parsley.
  5. Tightly roll up the wrap, tucking in the ends as you go.
  6. Slice in half diagonally and serve immediately. If packing for lunch, wrap tightly in parchment paper or plastic wrap.
