Mushroom and Spinach Stir-Fry with Rice
A quick and healthy stir-fry featuring mushrooms, spinach, and a savory sauce, served over rice.
Ingredients
- 1 container Mushrooms
- 1/2 bunch Spinach
- 1 cup Basmati Rice
- 2 tbsp Soy Sauce
- 2 cloves minced Garlic
- 1 tsp Sesame Oil
- 1 tsp minced Ginger
Instructions
- Cook rice according to package directions.
- Slice mushrooms and mince garlic.
- Wash and roughly chop spinach.
- Heat a wok or large pan over medium-high heat.
- Add sesame oil.
- Add garlic and ginger and stir-fry for 30 seconds.
- Add mushrooms and stir-fry until softened.
- Add spinach and cook until wilted.
- Stir in soy sauce.
- Serve stir-fry over rice.
- Serve immediately.
