Ingredients

  1. Cook rice according to package directions.
  2. Slice mushrooms and mince garlic.
  3. Wash and roughly chop spinach.
  4. Heat a wok or large pan over medium-high heat.
  5. Add sesame oil.
  6. Add garlic and ginger and stir-fry for 30 seconds.
  7. Add mushrooms and stir-fry until softened.
  8. Add spinach and cook until wilted.
  9. Stir in soy sauce.
  10. Serve stir-fry over rice.
  11. Serve immediately.
