  1. Dice wild sockeye salmon into small cubes. Ensure to use sushi grade salmon or treat it per FDA requirements to ensure safe consumption of raw salmon.
  2. Dice avocado into small cubes.
  3. Prepare sushi rice according to package instructions. Mix in rice vinegar gently once cooked.
  4. In a small bowl, combine soy sauce, sesame oil, and sriracha for a spicy kick to create the dressing.
  5. In a bowl, place sushi rice.
  6. Top with diced sockeye salmon, avocado, sliced green onions, and sesame seeds.
  7. Tear nori seaweed into small pieces and add to the bowl.
  8. Drizzle the soy sauce dressing over the bowl just before serving. Consume immediately for food safety
