Dairy-Free Gluten-Free Overnight Oats with Berries
A quick and easy make-ahead breakfast with gluten-free oats, plant-based milk, chia seeds, and mixed berries.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Gluten-Free Rolled Oats
- 1 cup Plant-Based Milk (Almond, Soy, or Oat)
- 1 tbsp Chia Seeds
- 1/2 cup Mixed Berries (Fresh or Frozen)
- 1 tbsp Maple Syrup
- 1/4 tsp Vanilla Extract
Instructions
- Combine gluten-free rolled oats, plant-based milk, and chia seeds in a jar or container.
- Stir well to ensure everything is mixed.
- Add mixed berries on top.
- Drizzle with maple syrup and vanilla extract.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight or for at least 2 hours.
- Enjoy cold straight from the fridge.
