High-Protein Breakfast Burrito
Ingredients
- 2 Western Family Large White Eggs
- 2 slices Schneiders or Greenfield Bacon
- 1/4 cup Cheddar Cheese
- 1 tortilla DEMPSTER'S Bread or English Muffins or COMPLIMENTS Tortillas
- 1/4 cup Black beans (canned)
- 2 tablespoons Salsa
Instructions
- Scramble the eggs and cook the bacon until crispy.
- Warm the tortilla in a pan or microwave.
- Assemble the burrito by layering the eggs, bacon, cheddar cheese, black beans, and salsa on the tortilla.
- Fold the sides of the tortilla inward and roll it up tightly.
- Serve immediately.
