High-Protein Ground Beef Tacos
Ingredients
- 1 lb Lean Ground Beef and Pork
- 1 package CATELLI Gluten Free or Supergreen Pasta
- 1 cup COMPLIMENTS Salsa
- 1 tbsp Western Family Margarine
- 8 slices Country Harvest Bread or Bagels
- 2 tbsp COMPLIMENTS Spices or Seasonings
Instructions
- Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium-high heat. Drain any excess fat.
- Add taco seasoning and salsa to the ground beef. Simmer for 10 minutes.
- Warm the tortillas according to package instructions.
- Fill each tortilla with the ground beef mixture. Top with desired toppings.
- Serve immediately.
