  1. Gather all ingredients: yogurt, blueberries, granola, chia seeds, almonds and honey.
  2. In a glass or bowl, start with a layer of yogurt. Add about 1/4 of the total yogurt amount to each serving.
  3. Next, add a layer of blueberries, distributing them evenly over the yogurt. Use about 1/4 of the total blueberry amount per serving.
  4. Sprinkle a layer of low-sodium granola over the blueberries. Use about 1/4 of the total granola amount per serving.
  5. Add a sprinkle of chia seeds. Use about 1/4 of the total chia seed amount per serving.
  6. Repeat the layers: yogurt, blueberries, granola, and chia seeds until all ingredients are used. The top layer should be granola and berries.
  7. Drizzle each parfait with honey, using about 1/2 tablespoon per serving or according to taste.
  8. Top with slivered almonds for added texture and flavor.
  9. Serve immediately to enjoy the contrasting textures, or chill for a refreshing treat later.
