High-Protein Yogurt Parfaits with Berries and Granola
A quick and easy breakfast parfait featuring sale-priced yogurt and fresh berries.
Ingredients
- 1.5 kg Yogurt
- 340 g Blueberries
- 1.5 cups Low-sodium granola
- 1.5 tbsp Chia seeds
- 2.5 tbsp Honey
- 1/4 cup, slivered Almonds
Instructions
- Gather all ingredients: yogurt, blueberries, granola, chia seeds, almonds and honey.
- In a glass or bowl, start with a layer of yogurt. Add about 1/4 of the total yogurt amount to each serving.
- Next, add a layer of blueberries, distributing them evenly over the yogurt. Use about 1/4 of the total blueberry amount per serving.
- Sprinkle a layer of low-sodium granola over the blueberries. Use about 1/4 of the total granola amount per serving.
- Add a sprinkle of chia seeds. Use about 1/4 of the total chia seed amount per serving.
- Repeat the layers: yogurt, blueberries, granola, and chia seeds until all ingredients are used. The top layer should be granola and berries.
- Drizzle each parfait with honey, using about 1/2 tablespoon per serving or according to taste.
- Top with slivered almonds for added texture and flavor.
- Serve immediately to enjoy the contrasting textures, or chill for a refreshing treat later.
