Ingredients
- 4 Eggs
- 1 cup, chopped Spinach
- 1/2 cup, diced Mini Bell Peppers

Instructions
- Whisk the eggs in a bowl with dried oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Sauté diced bell peppers in a pan over medium heat until slightly softened.
- Add chopped spinach to the pan and cook until wilted.
- Pour the egg mixture into the pan, ensuring it evenly covers the vegetables.
- Cook until the bottom is set but the top is still slightly moist. Use a spatula to gently lift the edges and allow uncooked egg to flow underneath.
- Sprinkle feta cheese evenly over half of the omelette.
