High-Protein Salmon Donburi
Ingredients
- 150g Wild Sockeye Salmon Fillet
- 1 cup cooked Western Family Jasmine Rice
- 1 tsp HUY FONG FOODS Sriracha Hot Chili Sauce
- 2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Mirin
- 1 tbsp Rice vinegar
- 1 tsp Sesame oil
- 2 tbsp Green onions, sliced
- 1 tsp Sesame seeds
Instructions
- Cook Western Family Jasmine Rice according to package instructions.
- Prepare a quick marinade by combining soy sauce, mirin, rice vinegar, and sesame oil.
- Pan-fry or grill Wild Sockeye Salmon Fillet until cooked through. Flake into bite-sized pieces.
- Serve rice in a bowl. Top with flaked salmon, drizzle with the marinade, and sprinkle with sliced green onions and sesame seeds.
- Add Sriracha for a spicy kick.
