Sausage and Tomato Soup Pasta
A hearty and comforting pasta dish featuring sliced sausage, tomato soup, and your favorite pasta.
Ingredients
- 3 cans Soup
- 500g Sausage Sticks
- 300g Pasta
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1/2 tsp Dried Oregano
- Pinch (optional) Red Pepper Flakes
- To taste Salt and Black Pepper
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package instructions.
- While pasta is cooking, slice sausage and sauté in olive oil over medium heat until browned.
- Add tomato soup to the skillet with the sausage. Stir in oregano and red pepper flakes (if using). Simmer for 5 minutes.
- Drain pasta and add to the skillet with the soup and sausage. Toss to combine.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve immediately, optionally topped with grated Parmesan cheese (if available).
