Shrimp and Broccoli Stir-Fry with Low-Sodium Soy Sauce

Ingredients
- 1 lb, peeled and deveined Cooked Shrimp
- 4 cups Broccoli Florets
- 3 tbsp Low Sodium Soy Sauce
- 1 tbsp Sesame Oil
- 1 tbsp minced Ginger Root
- 4 cloves minced Garlic
- 1/4 tsp (optional) Red Pepper Flakes
- 2 sliced Green Onions
Instructions
- Heat sesame oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add minced garlic and ginger and stir-fry for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add broccoli florets and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes, adding a tablespoon of water to steam if necessary.
- Add shrimp and low sodium soy sauce. Stir-fry until shrimp is heated through and broccoli is crisp-tender, about 2-3 minutes.
- Stir in red pepper flakes (if using).
- Garnish with sliced green onions and serve immediately.
