Ingredients
- 8 large Eggs
- 1 cup chopped (mix of colors) Sweet Peppers
- 1/2 cup chopped Yellow Onions
- 1/2 cup Salsa (Low Sodium)
- 1 ripe, sliced Avocado
- 1/4 cup Sour Cream
- 1/2 tsp Cumin
- 1/4 tsp Chili Powder

Instructions
