  1. In a small bowl, toss the cubed chicken with cornstarch. This will help it crisp up.
  2. Heat sesame oil in a wok or large skillet over high heat.
  3. Add chicken and stir-fry until browned and cooked through.
  4. Add ginger garlic paste and cook for 30 seconds.
  5. In a small bowl, mix honey and low sodium soy sauce.
  6. Pour the honey garlic sauce over the chicken and stir-fry until the sauce thickens and coats the chicken.
  7. Add bean sprouts and sliced green bell pepper, stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until slightly tender.
  8. Garnish with unsweetened shredded coconut and serve hot.
