Ingredients
- 1/2 cup ROBIN HOOD Quick Oats
- 2 tablespoons Kraft Smooth Cremieux Peanut Butter
- 2 tablespoons Maple syrup (Grade A Dark or Grade B)
- 1/2 cup Milk (dairy or almond)
- 1 tablespoon Chia seeds
- 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla extract (high-quality)
- 1/8 teaspoon Pinch of sea salt
- 1/4 teaspoon Ground cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons Toasted chopped pecans or walnuts
Instructions
- In a jar or container with a lid, combine the oats, peanut butter, maple syrup, milk, chia seeds, vanilla extract, sea salt, and cinnamon.
- Stir well to ensure all ingredients are thoroughly mixed, paying special attention to the peanut butter to avoid clumps.
- Seal the container and refrigerate overnight, or for a minimum of 6 hours to allow the oats to fully absorb the liquid.
- Before serving, stir the mixture again. If the oats are too thick, add a splash of milk to achieve the desired consistency. For enhanced flavor, let it sit at room temperature for 10 minutes.
- Top with toasted chopped pecans or walnuts for added texture and flavor. A drizzle of extra maple syrup or a sprinkle of cinnamon can be added for extra sweetness and aroma.
