Ingredients
- 2 cans (5oz each), drained Canned tuna in water
- 1/2 cup, finely chopped Celery
- 1/4 cup, finely chopped Red onion
- 2 tbsp, chopped Fresh parsley
- 1 tbsp Lemon juice
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- 1/4 tsp Black pepper
- 1/2 tsp Dried oregano
- 10-15 leaves Lettuce leaves (e.g., romaine or butter lettuce)
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine drained tuna, celery, red onion, and parsley.
- Add lemon juice, olive oil, black pepper, and dried oregano. Mix well.
- Spoon tuna salad into lettuce leaves.
