Spinach, Bell Pepper, and Paneer Stir-Fry with Rice

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Cook rice according to package directions.
  2. In a small bowl, toss the cubed paneer with cornstarch to lightly coat. This will help it crisp up when stir-fried.
  3. Heat sesame oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  4. Add the coated paneer and stir-fry until golden brown on all sides. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
  5. Add chopped onion, minced garlic, and grated ginger to the skillet and stir-fry until fragrant and the onion is translucent (about 2 minutes).
  6. Add diced bell peppers and cook until slightly tender (about 3-5 minutes).
  7. Add chopped spinach and stir-fry until wilted (about 1-2 minutes).
  8. Return the stir-fried paneer to the skillet.
  9. Pour soy sauce and chili garlic sauce over the mixture and stir-fry until everything is well combined and heated through. Adjust seasoning to taste.
  10. Serve hot with rice. Garnish with sesame seeds or chopped green onions for added flavor and presentation.
