Cinnamon Apple Oats
Hearty oatmeal with diced apples and cinnamon.
Ingredients
- 1 cup Rolled Oats
- 2 cups Low Sodium Broth
- 1 medium, diced Apples
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp Vanilla Extract
Instructions
- Combine rolled oats and low sodium broth in a saucepan.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Add diced Apples, Sugar, and cinnamon.
- Cook for another 5 minutes until apples soften.
- Stir in vanilla extract before serving.
- Serve hot.
