  4. Add sausage and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spoon. Ensure sausage reaches an internal temperature of 160°F (71°C) for food safety.
  5. Add bell peppers and onions to the skillet and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
  6. Stir in cauliflower rice and garlic. Cook until cauliflower is tender and slightly browned, about 7-10 minutes.
  7. Season with Italian herbs and red pepper flakes.
