Low-Sodium Italian Chicken Salad Sandwiches on Whole Wheat

Ingredients
- 10 slices Whole Wheat Bread or Buns
- 2 cups Cooked Chicken Breast (shredded, skinless)
- 1 cup Mixed Peppers (finely diced)

Instructions
