Ground Beef and Black Bean Burrito Bowls
Ingredients
- 1 lb Lean Ground Beef and Pork
- 1 can black beans, rinsed and drained Unico Tomatoes, Chickpeas, Lentils or Beans
- 2, diced Western Family Avocados
- 1 head, shredded Romaine Hearts
- 1 cup COMPLIMENTS Salsa
- To taste Black Pepper
Instructions
- Cook rice according to package directions.
- Brown ground beef in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Drain excess fat.
- Stir in taco seasoning. Reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Assemble bowls: Layer rice, ground beef, black beans, corn, avocado, lettuce, and salsa in each bowl.
- Serve immediately.
