  1. In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, grated ginger, rice vinegar, red pepper flakes (if using), and cornstarch.
  2. Add beef and marinate for at least 15 minutes.
  3. Heat sesame oil in a large skillet or wok over high heat.
  4. Add beef (remove from the sauce, reserve sauce) and stir-fry until browned.
  5. Add broccoli florets and continue to stir-fry for 3-5 minutes until tender-crisp.
  6. Pour reserved sauce over beef and broccoli and cook for another 2-3 minutes until sauce thickens.
  7. Garnish with sesame seeds.
  8. Serve hot with brown rice or quinoa.
