Korean Beef and Broccoli Stir-Fry
A flavorful and protein-rich stir-fry featuring marinated beef and crisp broccoli in a savory-sweet sauce.
Ingredients
- 1.5 lbs Beef Sirloin (Thinly Sliced)
- 6 cups Broccoli Florets
- 0.25 cup Low Sodium Soy Sauce
- 2 tbsp Honey
- 4 cloves Garlic (Minced)
- 2 tsp Fresh Ginger (Grated)
- 1 tbsp Sesame Oil
- 1 tbsp Sesame Seeds
- 1 tbsp Rice Vinegar
- 0.5 tsp Red Pepper Flakes (Optional)
- 1 tbsp Cornstarch
Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, grated ginger, rice vinegar, red pepper flakes (if using), and cornstarch.
- Add beef and marinate for at least 15 minutes.
- Heat sesame oil in a large skillet or wok over high heat.
- Add beef (remove from the sauce, reserve sauce) and stir-fry until browned.
- Add broccoli florets and continue to stir-fry for 3-5 minutes until tender-crisp.
- Pour reserved sauce over beef and broccoli and cook for another 2-3 minutes until sauce thickens.
- Garnish with sesame seeds.
- Serve hot with brown rice or quinoa.
