  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Heat olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium heat.
  3. Add diced onion and chopped asparagus, cook until softened.
  4. Flake salmon and add to the skillet.
  5. Whisk eggs in a bowl and season with salt, pepper, and fresh dill.
  6. Pour eggs over the salmon and vegetables in the skillet.
  7. Sprinkle chopped cheddar cheese over the top.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the frittata is set and lightly golden.
  9. Let cool slightly before serving.
