Ingredients
- 1 cup (berry flavor) Iögo Yogurt
- 3/4 cup (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries) Frozen mixed berries
- 1/2 medium (frozen) Banana
- 1 tablespoon Shredded coconut (unsweetened)
- 1 teaspoon (freshly squeezed) Lime juice
- 1/4 cup Water or coconut water
- 1/2 teaspoon (or agave) Honey (optional)
Instructions
- Chill yogurt and freeze banana: Ensure the Iögo Yogurt is well-chilled. Freeze the banana slices for at least 30 minutes to enhance thickness and sweetness.
- Combine ingredients: Place all ingredients – Iögo Yogurt, frozen mixed berries, frozen banana, shredded coconut, lime juice, and water or coconut water – into a high-powered blender. Start with less liquid and add more to reach desired consistency.
- Blend until smooth: Blend on high speed until completely smooth. Avoid over-blending to maintain a thick, frosty texture.
- Taste and adjust: Sample the smoothie. If it needs more sweetness, add a touch of honey or agave. A squeeze of lime can brighten the flavors further.
- Garnish and serve: Pour into a glass. Sprinkle a pinch of shredded coconut and a berry on top for an appealing presentation. Serve immediately to prevent melting.
