Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Heat extra virgin olive oil in a pot.
  2. Sauté Garlic until fragrant.
  3. Add Diced Tomatoes and Low Sodium Broth.
  4. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes.
  5. Stir in Fresh Basil, Mint, salt, and Black Pepper. Puree with an immersion blender if desired.
  6. Serve hot. Garnish with a fresh basil leaf.
