Halal Chicken Thigh Curry with Rice
Chicken Curry dinner served with rice.
Ingredients
- 2 Halal Chicken Thighs
- 1 can Diced Tomatoes
- 1 cup Basmati Rice
- 2 tbsp Curry Powder
- 2 cloves minced Garlic
- 1 tsp minced Ginger
Instructions
- Cook rice according to package directions.
- Cube chicken thighs into small pieces.
- Saute garlic and ginger in pan.
- Add chicken thighs and cook until brown.
- Stir in diced tomatoes and curry powder.
- Simmer until chicken is fully cooked, approximately 20 minutes.
- Serve curry with rice.
- Serve immediately.
