Chicken Breast and Asparagus Salad
Ingredients
- 1 bunch, trimmed Asparagus
- 2 breasts Maple Leaf Prime Chicken Breast
- 2 tbsp Maison Orphee Sunflower Oil
- 1 heart, chopped Romaine Hearts
- to taste COMPLIMENTS Spices or Seasonings
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Brush chicken breasts with sunflower oil and season with salt, pepper, and any other desired spices from 'Compliments Spices or Seasonings'.
- Grill chicken for 6-8 minutes per side, or until cooked through.
- While chicken is grilling, steam or grill asparagus until tender-crisp.
- Let chicken cool slightly, then slice.
- In a large bowl, combine chopped Romaine lettuce, grilled asparagus, and sliced chicken.
- Drizzle with lemon juice. Toss to combine and serve immediately.
