Chicken Breast and Asparagus Salad

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Brush chicken breasts with sunflower oil and season with salt, pepper, and any other desired spices from 'Compliments Spices or Seasonings'.
  3. Grill chicken for 6-8 minutes per side, or until cooked through.
  4. While chicken is grilling, steam or grill asparagus until tender-crisp.
  5. Let chicken cool slightly, then slice.
  6. In a large bowl, combine chopped Romaine lettuce, grilled asparagus, and sliced chicken.
  7. Drizzle with lemon juice. Toss to combine and serve immediately.
