Honey Garlic Chicken Stir-Fry

  1. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, and grated ginger to create the sauce. Dissolve cornstarch in 1 tbsp of water and add to the sauce for thickening.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over high heat.
  3. Add diced chicken and stir-fry until cooked through.
  4. Add broccoli florets and carrots to the skillet and stir-fry for 5 minutes.
  5. Pour the sauce over the chicken and vegetables and cook for another 2 minutes, until the sauce thickens.
  6. Serve hot over cooked rice or noodles, garnished with sesame seeds if desired.
