Honey Garlic Chicken Stir-Fry
Chicken stir-fried with soy sauce, honey, garlic, and mixed vegetables, served over rice or noodles.
Ingredients
- 2 medium diced Chicken Breast
- 2 tbsp Soy Sauce
- 2 tbsp Honey
- 2 cloves minced Garlic
- 1 cup Broccoli Florets
- 1/2 cup sliced Carrots
- 2 cups cooked Rice or Noodles
- 1 tbsp Vegetable Oil
- 1 tsp grated Ginger
- 1 tsp Cornstarch
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, and grated ginger to create the sauce. Dissolve cornstarch in 1 tbsp of water and add to the sauce for thickening.
- Heat vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over high heat.
- Add diced chicken and stir-fry until cooked through.
- Add broccoli florets and carrots to the skillet and stir-fry for 5 minutes.
- Pour the sauce over the chicken and vegetables and cook for another 2 minutes, until the sauce thickens.
- Serve hot over cooked rice or noodles, garnished with sesame seeds if desired.
