Yogurt Parfait with Berries and Granola
A light and refreshing gluten-free parfait with creamy yogurt, sweet berries, and crunchy granola.
Ingredients
- 2 cups Yogurt
- 1 cup Fresh Blackberries
- 1/2 cup Fresh Berries (strawberries, blueberries)
- 1/2 cup Gluten-Free Granola
- 2 tbsp Honey
- 1 tbsp Chia Seeds
Instructions
- In a glass or bowl, layer yogurt with a drizzle of honey and a sprinkle of chia seeds.
- Add a layer of fresh blackberries and other berries.
- Sprinkle with gluten-free granola.
- Repeat layers until the glass or bowl is filled. Drizzle additional honey on top if desired.
- Serve immediately for a crunchy texture, or let sit for a few minutes to soften the granola.
