Sockeye Salmon and Veggie Stir-Fry
A delicious and healthy high-protein stir-fry featuring sockeye salmon and a mix of colourful vegetables.
Ingredients
- 1 can (142g), skinless and boneless Canned Sockeye Salmon
- 1/2 cup Bean Sprouts
- 1/2, sliced Green Bell Pepper
- 2 tbsp, chopped Fresh Cilantro
- 1 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
- 1 tbsp, low sodium Soy Sauce
- 1 tsp Sesame Oil
- 1/2 tsp (optional) Sriracha
Instructions
- Heat sesame oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add Ginger Garlic Paste and stir-fry for 30 seconds until fragrant, careful not to burn.
- Add the green bell pepper and bean sprouts. Stir-fry for 3 minutes until slightly softened.
- Add sockeye salmon (drained) and soy sauce. Stir-fry for another 2 minutes, gently breaking the salmon into smaller pieces.
- Stir in Sriracha, if desired, for a touch of heat.
- Garnish with chopped cilantro.
- Serve hot immediately.
