  1. Heat sesame oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add Ginger Garlic Paste and stir-fry for 30 seconds until fragrant, careful not to burn.
  3. Add the green bell pepper and bean sprouts. Stir-fry for 3 minutes until slightly softened.
  4. Add sockeye salmon (drained) and soy sauce. Stir-fry for another 2 minutes, gently breaking the salmon into smaller pieces.
  5. Stir in Sriracha, if desired, for a touch of heat.
  6. Garnish with chopped cilantro.
  7. Serve hot immediately.
