Tuna Poke Rice Bowls
A refreshing and easy dinner featuring tuna poke cubes served over fluffy rice, topped with avocado and soy sauce.
Ingredients
- 454g Tuna Poke Cubes
- 2 cups Rice
- 2 medium Avocado
- 3 tbsp Soy Sauce
- 1 tsp Sesame Oil
- 1 tbsp Sesame Seeds
- 2 stalks, sliced Green Onions
Instructions
- Cook rice according to package instructions.
- While rice is cooking, dice avocado and slice green onions.
- In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce and sesame oil.
- Divide rice among bowls. Top with tuna poke cubes, avocado, and green onions. Drizzle with soy sauce mixture and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
- Serve immediately.
