  2. Add diced bell pepper, minced ginger, and garlic to the skillet. Cook until the bell pepper is tender-crisp, about 3-5 minutes.
  3. Stir in fish sauce and soy sauce. Cook for another minute.
  4. Remove from heat and stir in chopped green onions.
  5. Add sriracha for heat (if using)
  6. Serve the pork mixture in lettuce cups. Squeeze fresh lime juice over each cup.
  7. Garnish with fresh cilantro, if desired.
