Lemon-Garlic Baked Chicken with Roasted Broccoli

Ingredients
- 2 Lemons
- 6 cloves Garlic
- 750 g Frozen Broccoli florets
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a large bowl, whisk together olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, oregano, and red pepper flakes. Season generously with salt and pepper.
- Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels. This helps them brown better.
- Place chicken breasts in the bowl with the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Let marinate for at least 15 minutes.
- Arrange broccoli florets on a large baking sheet.
- Place marinated chicken breasts on top of the broccoli.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C) and broccoli is tender and slightly charred.
- Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving. This helps retain the juices.
