  1. Use a spiralizer to create zucchini noodles.
  2. Mince the garlic.
  3. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  4. Add garlic and red pepper flakes, cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
  5. Add shrimp and cook until pink and opaque, about 3-4 minutes. Ensure the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
  6. Deglaze the pan with dry white wine, scraping up any browned bits.
  7. Add zucchini noodles to the skillet and toss to coat.
  8. Cook for another 2-3 minutes, until zucchini is tender-crisp.
  9. Squeeze lemon juice over the shrimp and zucchini.
  10. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  11. Serve immediately, garnished with fresh parsley.
